BERMUDA CABLEVISION TO HOST “SATURDAY WITH THE GM” IN THE CITY OF HAMILTON

(Hamilton, Bermuda - August 27, 2009) - (Hamilton, Bermuda - August 27, 2009) - Bermuda CableVision will be hosting another 'Saturday with the GM' event this Saturday, August 29, on the patio at the entrance to Par-La-Ville Park on Queen Street in the City of Hamilton. CableVision is once again teaming up with Winky Dinky to offer soft drinks and hot dogs to customers at the event.

Launched in May this year, the 'Saturday with the GM' initiative was designed to help the company provide better customer service through increased communications and dialogue with its customers. 'Saturdays with the GM' is a series of informal outdoor meetings that have been organised at convenient locations around the island. The meetings are being hosted by general manager, Terry Roberson, and other senior CableVision executives who will make themselves available from 11 AM to 1 PM to meet with customers and gather their input about current and future services.

CableVision's general manager, Terry Roberson, says: “We have been really pleased with the way that 'Saturdays with GM' have been received by the public. It has been wonderful to meet our customers in an informal setting, get their feedback and resolve any issues they may have been encountering with our services. I'm sure the Hamilton event will be equally as popular and I look forward to putting more faces to names then.”

Information will be available at the event about the company's latest products and services, including HDTV, Broadband Link high-speed data service, new TV channels and more. In addition to enjoying refreshments and free train rides, customers will be able to register to win prizes.

Past 'Saturday with the GM' events have been held in Paget, Somerset and St. George's.
