BERMUDA CABLEVISION ANNOUNCES SETANTA LAUNCH ON
NEW MAX PACK SPORTS TIER

(Hamilton, Bermuda, April 2, 2009) - Bermuda CableVision today announced the arrival of Setanta Sports as part of its Sports Tier.

Effectively immediately, Setanta Sports will be offered alongside the very popular Sports Max, as part of the newly-named MaxPack, which includes both sports channels. As part of the launch, CableVision will be offering a free preview of Setanta Sports (Channel 351) for the entire month of April.

Until today, CableVision's Sport Tier was comprised of SportsMax alone, at $15 per month. The Telecommunications Commission recently granted Bermuda CableVision permission to launch Setanta by adding it to CableVision's existing Sports Tier for a revised rate of $22 per month. Existing SportsMax subscribers have the option to continue purchasing only SportsMax at $15 or take both channels for $22. The channels cannot be offered separately to new subscribers.

We're also pleased to offer to our existing Sport Tier customers the option of choosing either SportsMax or both channels. In the coming days, we will be contacting all our current Sports Tier subscribers to let them know about this new enhanced package. In the meantime, we hope all our customers enjoy the free preview for the entire month of April.”

SportsMax and Setanta Sports give football fans access to an impressive array of international and club football on both channels. Together, the Channels offer football fans a minimum of seven Barclay's English Premier League matches each weekend, showcasing popular teams like Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea. Setanta Sports also features exclusive coverage of the UEFA Champions League, Coca-Cola Championship, MUTV, ChelseaTV, and much more. SportsMax provide Setanta Sports exclusive coverage of the qualifiers for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, featuring Brazil, Argentina, England, Ireland, France, and Portugal among many other countries.

Cricket fans will get their fill of international cricket as SportsMax brings all overseas West Indies cricket to Bermuda for all the pulsating action from the West Indies Away Tours. The trailblazer in the region for sports television, SportsMax has exclusive coverage of Twenty20 cricket from around the world with the Indian Premier League, featuring West Indies stars Bravo, Chanderpaul, Sarwan and Gayle as well as the exciting Stanford Twenty20. Year-round international cricket from India, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and England will also be broadcast.

Additionally, rugby fans will not be forgotten, as Setanta Sports shows the best of Rugby Union with teams from England to New Zealand, and all the best in Rugby League.

SportsMax remains on channel 350 and Setanta Sports is now available on Channel 351.
