RECORDING PROGRAMS WITH YOUR CONVERTER BOX (Steps 1-4)

 

Whether you're at home or not, it's easy to record your favorite programs and enjoy them later whenever you like.

Here's how

To Record a Program Immediately

Set your converter box to the desired channel. Set your VCR to channel 3 and begin recording.

To Record a Program While You're Away

Program your VCR and make sure it is set on Channel 3.

Turn your converter box on, set it to the desired channel and leave it on. Your VCR will turn on and record the program at the scheduled time.

To Record Future Programs

You can use the converter's program timer to automatically turn on and tune to specific channels to record up to 8 future programs. To record programs, you must also program your VCR to turn on and start recording.

Setting a Program Timer

Press , highlight PROGRAM TIMERS. Press.

The PROGRAM TIMERS screen lists all timers that have been set.

Highlight a blank line and press .

Important! Do not overlap program times when setting up program timers.
