How it works
• Customers who want to sign up pay a one-time installation fee which makes your home ready for digital cable as well as other two-way broadband services.
• Then you’ll choose your digital cable entertainment package (s), which will be invoiced monthly.
• You’ll also receive a new digital home communications terminal, which replaces your existing set-top box and offers more interactivity, greater ease of use and self-help options. The new terminal, which is installed by a professionally-trained CableVision technician, has built-in intelligence (think of it as having a small computer inside) and allows you to use the many two-way services enabled by our digital upgrade. |
