A fast, reliable connection to your residential Internet Service Provider (ISP) made available by CableVision over our fibre-based, broadband cable network.

CableVision provides connection to your home at 4 mbps down and 4 mbps up across our network. The speed at which you access the Internet will depend on the package you purchase from your ISP.

Installation is performed by a specialised CableVision technician.

Installation times will average between 1 and 3 business days from the time of your request.

You will need a cable modem, which is provided at a cost of $55

You have the opportunity to call either your ISP or CableVision to discuss an issue. With this service we can all troubleshoot most problems from our offices and determine if the issue stems from the ISP or from CableVision. We can then ensure that the proper technician is contacted to treat the issue.
