If there are no power lights, please check the power cables to be sure they are plugged in
If any modem will not complete these steps, a technician will have to be dispatched.
 POWER - If the green POWER light is on, the modem is powered on and searching for signal
RECEIVE - If the green RECEIVE light is on, the modem has locked in Forward signal.
RETURN - If the green RETURN light is on, the modem return path shows completion.
ONLINE - If the green ONLINE light is on, this shows you have a functioning modem.
STANDBY - If the yellow STANDBY light is on, this means the modem has its Standby button pressed, the remedy is to push the Standby button to resume normal operation |
